Apptek Stucco Inc. ("Apptek," "we," "us," or "our") operates the Apptek mobile application (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you use our App.
The Apptek App is an internal business tool designed exclusively for Apptek employees, contractors, and authorized personnel. Access requires company-issued login credentials. This App is not intended for the general public or for users under the age of 18.
When you log in to the App, we process your company-issued username and authentication token to verify your identity and grant access to features appropriate for your role.
The App allows you to view and manage job information, time and material (T&M) tickets, budgets, change orders, and bid pipeline data. This is business data belonging to Apptek.
With your permission, the App may access your device camera and photo library to capture or attach photos to T&M tickets and receipts. Photos are uploaded to Apptek's servers and are associated with the relevant job or ticket.
All information collected through the App is used solely for Apptek's internal business operations, including:
Your authentication token is stored securely on your device using encrypted storage. All data transmitted between the App and our servers is encrypted using HTTPS/TLS. Our servers are hosted on secured cloud infrastructure with access controls and monitoring.
